I was sceptical but thought I’d give it a try. Mildly arthritic shoulder which caused me pain in the night - couldn’t lie on it for very long. After just about finishing my first tub of the powder, I can practically go all night sleeping on that side. I can only put the change down to Rose-Hip Vital. Have just ordered my second and third batches as I don’t want to take a break from drinking it. Very happy with the results and definitely recommend.
