Rose-Hip Vital is a clinically-backed natural anti-inflammatory, that is proven to bring symptomatic relief to sufferers of mild arthritis. It's also a rich source of natural vitamin C, which has immunity benefits, along with antioxidants and 31 essential vitamins and minerals.

This page includes information about the process of obtaining scientific data, and the key findings from studies into our supplement.

Overview of Clinical Trials and Research Findings

When evaluating the scientific claims being made about a product, it's important to determine the degree of testing. The most detailed form of scientific testing is a double-blind, placebo controlled clinical trial. This clinical trial data is then published in independent, peer-reviewed journals in medicine, pharmacology, and health.

Rose-Hip Vital with GOPO is supported by over 30 scientific papers, including 9 double-blind, placebo controlled trials. You can read these papers on our website.

Rose-Hip Vital is manufactured in Denmark by Hyben Vital. Hyben Vital is regarded as the leader in rosehips manufactured as a natural anti-inflammatory. Only rosehips manufactured using Hyben Vital's patent-protected methods have been subjected to such rigorous testing, and only their rosehip powder is clinically-proven to contain GOPO, the natural galactolipid that proves such powerful anti-inflammatory benefits.

When complementary therapies make therapeutic claims, these claims must be supported by scientific evidence that relates specifically to the product making the claim. This means that no other brand purporting to be selling rosehip products as a natural anti-inflammatory can make the same therapeutic claims as Rose-Hip Vital.

What is Rose-Hip Vital with GOPO®

Rose-Hip Vital contains the unique active galactolipid, GOPO. GOPO (glycoside of mono and diglycerol) is a natural anti-inflammatory compound.

Certain white blood cells contain granulocytes, which attempt to 'clean' inflamed joints by destroying bacteria contained within them. Too many of this type of white blood cell eventually wears down the tissue cartilage. In large numbers, they can also produce chemical enzymes and toxic free radicals – which cause even more tissue degeneration.

Joint pain and inflammation is caused by the accumulation of these excessive white blood cells and the release of chemical substances. The more inflamed a joint becomes, the more white blood cells are attracted to it, which causes a painful cycle.

GOPO discourages large numbers of white blood cells from accumulating at the joint, thereby breaking the cycle of joint inflammation and alleviating pain associated with mild arthritis.

Improve your joint health and wellbeing

Reduce inflammation, protect cartilage and boost immunity

Rose-Hip Vital® with GOPO® is made from Rosehips manufactured with patented extraction and drying processes, it’s a scientifically and clinically tested plant-based anti-inflammatory that may be used to relieve and prevent joint pain, stiffness, inflammation and swelling associated with mild arthritis, to improve joint health.

Patented manufacturing processes isolate the active compound GOPO® which has scientifically and clinically tested anti-inflammatory and antioxidative properties. GOPO® works by stopping excess white blood cells from gathering around inflamed tissue, thereby helping to break the cycle of inflammation to relieve mild joint symptoms of mild arthritis. Rosehip products that do not contain GOPO® have not been shown to have anti-inflammatory properties.
