Sheer Etiquette (Ellie)

CONDITION: Joint Pain
RIDER: Susan Paix's
LOCATION: AUS

In 2011 we started competing at Grand Prix International, unfortunately arthritic changes and stiffness set in for Ellie and we sadly decided to retire. Six months ago I started Ellie on Rose-Hip Vital. The change is unbelievable.

Ellie is better now than when she was competing. Ellie and I are going back into competition at the ripe age of 20. This is so exciting!

Life is too short to be unhealthy. Thank you Rose-Hip Vital!

“The best way I can describe our experience would be, LIFE CHANGING!”

I was doing some research last year while my gelding (Amos aka: Moose) was recovering from a puncture wound on his knee…. I was fortunate enough to have been able to get him in for surgery right away. I knew that the road to recovery was going to have highs and lows, and that his barrel racing career might possibly be over. This was absolutely devastating! He was my first big purchase after college, and to picture him just standing out in the pasture was heartbreaking. He loves his job, and showing off. I knew I had to do something to help him through this recovery. I spent MANY hours ready, and searching, and studying products and supplements. I wanted the best of the best for him! And I knew that what could work for some horses, might not have the same effect on him. But with all of the reviews, and videos posted with testimonials, how could I not give Rose-Hip Vital a chance!?

The best way I can describe our experience would be, LIFE CHANGING! Before the injury, I had him on EXCEED 6-WAY which he blossomed on. During and after the injury, I tried EQUINETY, being when my mare had been similarly injured a year and a half before, I had put her on that and seen wonders worked. Equinety, unfortunately, did not have the same desired changes. With my gelding on Rose-Hip Vital, it was like night and day! He’s movements became a more fluid motion, instead of choppy and stuttered. He began taking steps confidently again, instead of hesitantly waiting for the pain. It was like he was a tinman given some oil in his joint, and he could move again! He was more relaxed and would stand with his head out the stall window and nicker non-stop at me if I did not take him out for his walks and short outdoor paddock breaks. I finally began to feel hope that things were gonna be okay for him. Since starting him on Rose-Hip Vital, I’ve noticed his spark is back. He’s ready for work, and he feels soft and supple. I can’t say enough great things about this supplement!!!! I love what it has done for my boy! If there was anything that I could change about the product, it would be the price tag. But I also know that great things come at a cost!

Thank you so much for reaching out, and for being a part of a wonderful company that has continued to exceed expectations!

"This product has given me back my content, healthy horse, providing Fox with the support he needed"

I thought receiving a communications internship from Rose-Hip Vital was my lucky break, it turned out that it was my horse Fox’s lucky break too! When I started with Rose-Hip Vital in August last year Fox was three weeks out of colic surgery having battled through several colic episodes during the four months prior, giving us no choice but to resort to surgery. These episodes of varying severity and the surgery to correct what turned out to be a partial twist of the large bowel took an enormous toll on Fox’s body. To add to this, his body rejected the stitches which began a series of minor infections at the site which were remedied only with bute and antibiotics taking approximately one week to heal each time and causing Fox even greater pain and discomfort during that time.

On starting my internship with Rose-Hip Vital I was lucky enough to be given a bucket of Rose-Hip Vital Equine to trial on Fox. Having worked my way through all the product information, testimonials and scientific research to familiarise myself with the product on my first day in the office, I couldn’t wait to get it into his feed and see if it worked for myself, hoping it would provide him with the anti-inflammatory and immune system support he so desperately needed at this time. Expecting to see only a slow and gradual change in Fox I was completely shocked when after only one week I witnessed the incredible impact of Rose-Hip Vital Equine when Fox had an infection at the site of the stitches for the third time. On this occasion however, it grew to nothing more then a bit of soreness and redness and within 24 hours it was gone. No bute, no antibiotics and not another week of further discomfort for Fox. I couldn’t believe the immediacy and the enormity of the impact of Rose-Hip Vital Equine. Not only did it put the brakes on this infection but it was also the last infection he had.

Fox continued to improve quickly over the following weeks and months. His coat, weight, energy and personality returning to reveal the healthy and happy horse we had known before his first bout of colic. When it finally came to bringing him back into work I expected him to lack energy and to struggle with recovery after each ride. But again I was surprised to discover that quite the opposite! Fox felt as though he had the energy and stamina that he possessed when in peak condition. He was happy and willing and felt like we hadn’t missed a days riding, let alone 9 months worth! Even after work he was bright and happy and ready to go again next time. I couldn't believe it and had to keep reminding myself that he actually was unfit and out of condition and to take it easy because you certainly couldn't tell by riding or looking at him! Rose-Hip Vital Equine was definitely doing its job!

Nearly 16 months on from surgery Fox continues to blossom. He is happier and healthier then ever and back out competing in the show and dressage arenas, constantly receiving comments from people on how well he looks. This product has given me back my content, healthy horse, providing Fox with the support he needed to return to full health and work and I don't know if that would have been possible without Rose-Hip Vital Equine.

Thank you to Rose-Hip Vital for the incredible opportunities you have given me and Fox. It is a great feeling to have peace of mind knowing that my horses have the support of a natural and effective supplement for their ongoing joint health and wellbeing.

Mid December 2015

I have a 10yo mare who has had a skin condition on her back legs for the last 18months. She has been to numerous vets and been on several treatment trial with no luck. A friend of mine mentioned giving Rose-Hip Vital Equine a try.

End of January 2016

She’s going great! I got it for a mixture of things – she has a skin condition, and she had been recovering from tearing a ligament and slicing through her tendon sheath which got contaminated so surgery was a must. Her coat is looking amazing and she is moving really well – so much so I will be able to get on her next week to begin her ridden rehab! Thank you so much – the product is amazing.

"His coat looks amazing and he is healthier and happier than he has been in a long time"

I just wanted to update you on my horses and the effect that Rose-Hip Vital is having on them.

Firstly my older horse Riley who has had more ailments than most horses on this planet and is a real survivor.

Riley 5 years ago was diagnosed with terminal cancer. He had a large aggressive fast growing tumor growing above his eyelid at the back of his eye. After seeking a 2nd opinion we found a surgeon who agreed to operate to try and remove the tumor. It took 3 operations and many doses of chemo and radiation but several months later he was cancer free and back competing. Sadly a few months later Riley fractured his front leg. It was a high fracture of the splint bone and quite a big fracture. The same surgeon who had treated him for his cancer again operated and put a plate and 4 screws into Riley’s leg. After months of being boxed the plate was removed and 6 months later Riley came back into light work. After all his body had endured it was unlikely that he would be able to compete again.

Fast forward to 2014 and Riley seemed to be in good health so we decided to do some low level jumping and see how he went. All was going well until Riley started to develop eye ulcers that just wouldn’t heal. He endured 3 further eye operations but they just kept recurring. After his last operation in July Sara Madden a good friend of mine suggested that I put Riley onto Rose-Hip Vital which we did straight away. The good news is that not only has Riley stayed Ulcer free since July, he looks better than ever and is back out competing in Eventing at prelim/pre novice and winning ribbons. His coat looks amazing and he is healthier and happier than he has been in a long time. The interesting thing is that we have done nothing different other than give him Rose-Hip Vital.

We have another horse Fairbanks Cappucino that is ridden by a professional rider Andrew Cooper. Following the results that we were seeing with Riley we have now put her onto Rosehip Vital as part of her preparation for The Australian International Horse Trials in Adelaide later this month. Cappucino is competing in the 2* Event. She too is looking fabulous and amazingly the mud fever that she had in one leg has now cleared up.

Obviously we are very happy with the results that we are getting with Rose-Hip Vital and will continue to promote the benefits to those around us.

Since we last spoke I have actually competed at Melbourne International Horse Trials in the 1* Class. This has always been a dream of mine so to have actually competed and placed 20th out of a field of 75 was an amazing experience.

My 2nd horse Riley has now been free of eye ulcers for 12 months which is incredible given that prior to starting him on Rose-Hip Vital he underwent 4 operations to try and stop them.

Lastly our old horse that started on Rose-Hip Vital only 3 months ago is now back being ridden again by a young girl who is having great fun on him. Prior to this he was retired and very stiff to the point we had considered having him put down. He is very happy in his new home and they are going to keep him on Rose-Hip Vital as they are thrilled with the results.

The eventing season will begin again in August and having successfully made it to 1* my aim will be to head towards 2* either later this year or early next year which means keeping my horses in peak condition.

Interestingly Cappy was one of the few horses that wasn’t clipped for Melbourne. There were lots of comments on her beautiful coat and how we achieved it so Rose-Hip Vital got lots of promotion over that time.
