Funnily enough I initially bought the canine version for my chihuahua and was so impressed by the fast results i saw that i figured I'd give it a go myself..... with the human version of course ha ha. I stretched a tendon in my hip playing volley ball over a year ago and have suffered with tendonopathy in my hip ever since, despite physio and 2 bursar injections and only when I absolutely can't stand it anymore, Voltaren tablets ( but I save them for when I'm totally totally over it) Well day 3.... yes only 3 days in and i suddenly realised that I haven't thought about my hip at all !!!. It's usually always something that I have to consider, sitting too long, sitting on my right side too long, crossing my legs, blah blah blah. But I hadn't thought about it all day. It's only day 4 now, I've just taken my afternoon dose with my dinner and I thought I'd write this review .. . It might get read by someone who is at the end of their tether.... like I was. I take 3 tablets in the morning with breakfast and 3 tablets at dinner time. It's so much better that I have had to set a reminder am and pm to take the tablets cause now I forget that I have an issue lol. I did a little test and stopped for 2 days, but by the evening of day 2 it was niggling again.... resumed taking them and by day 2 the niggling had stopped. ******Update...I wrote that review 2 years ago- still taking them twice a day and no niggles anymore. They are just a regular part of my day now.

Started my dogs on Rosehip Vital at the beginning of the year and have seen signicant changes in them. Whilst I put them on it to protect their joints as they are large breed and getting older there has been many other positive changes. They are digesting their food better - faeces volume is significantly reduced. They are much calmer and far less food driven which is much appreciated. Their body and coat condition has improved - weight loss and better coat without any change in their feed. And maintaining correct weight has been a challenge in recent years. My vet has been monitoring and is also happy with the changes we are seeing.

Given the success the dogs have had and following a bad bout of flu which left me with clicky joints I have also started using rosehip vital. Started by sharing the dogs powder mixed in Greek yoghurt. Clicking joints resolved within 3 days after a week I stopped taking it as I was hoping my joints had now recovered. Within 24 hours my joints started clicking again so back onto rosehip vital and again the clicking resolved. I am now taking the capsules and plan to stay on them long term as like the dogs I am getting older.
