Description
Unlock your horse's full potential and support their soundness with Rose-Hip Vital Equine. Our unique plant-based supplement is scientifically and clinically proven to improve their joint health, mobility, and overall wellbeing. It acts as a powerful natural anti-inflammatory and antioxidant, made from one ingredient, pure rosa canina rosehip berries. These berries are sustainably farmed without pesticides and processed using patented methods to ensure maximum efficacy, helping your horse stay strong, sound, and competitive.
Your horse's health and performance are our priority. Rose-Hip Vital Equine has no known side effects, is non-swabbable, and can be safely fed alongside other medications or supplements, providing you with complete peace of mind, even during competition season. Consistent daily use supports their long-term comfort and allows them to continue performing and enjoying life to the fullest.

Rose-Hip Vital® Equine with GOPO® may help:
- Naturally relieve pain and symptoms associated with mild Equine Osteoarthritis.
- Temporarily soothe joint inflammation and swelling, promoting comfort and flexibility.
- Significantly improve joint mobility, supporting peak performance and soundness.
- Provide temporary relief from joint pain and aches, enhancing overall wellbeing.
Dosage
To help your horse experience improved flexibility and comfort as quickly as possible, we recommend starting with a loading dose for the first 4 weeks. This double dose kickstarts the system. After 4 weeks, you can switch to the regular maintenance dose.
A 25g scoop is included in every tub.
For optimal results, the recommended daily dosage is:
- Loading Dose: 10g per 100kg of bodyweight for the first 4 weeks.
- Maintenance Dose: 5g per 100kg of bodyweight ongoing.
For an average 500kg horse, this equates to 2 scoops (50g) daily for the first 4 weeks, then 1 scoop (25g), ongoing.
For full dosage guidelines, you can view our dosage page here.

Will My Horse Like The Taste?

This stuff works!
We first started using it for our 13 and 15 year-old Shorty Jack Russell terriers. It has put the zip back in their zoomies and the boing back in their bounce! Also recently purchased the equine version for my daughter‘s 30 year-old ❤️ horse and we’re expecting the same excellent results!

It works!
This was my last attempt at a supplement to get my gelding moving better. He has moderate arthritis in his right stifle and I'd tried many things, joint supplements, joint injections and Adequan. Nothing has helped him as much as Rose Hips Vital! I did the loading dose for 4 weeks and now he's on 1 scoop daily. I just wanted him to be comfortable enough for an occasional trail ride and now he is. I'm so grateful to finally find something that is helping him.
