    Decreased discomfort

    I’ve now commenced my third 125 g container of Rose-hip vital, with reduced discomfort in my knees I’m about to commence exercise, which I haven’t done for more than ten years, I’m also walking more with reduced pain, I believe this due to Rose-hip vital.

    Seems to be working for me !

    On my 2nd tub of Rosehip vital now and intend to continue. As a vegetarian, I use the powder, which is a bit fiddly, so I'm really hoping there will soon be a vege-cap option which would be much more convenient. Although it's taken a while, I persisted and combined it with gentle exercise, and lately I've been surprised to notice movement seems to be becoming easier with an accompanying sense of well-being. There's so many shonky "health aids" these days; it's gratifying to find something that actually achieves some of the benefits it purports to bring :)
