This is week 2 of taking the Rose-Hip Vital powder and I can already feel the difference in the pain level in my hands and legs. I first bought the capsules then found out the capsule casing was made out of bovine. I contacted Rose-Hip and they gladly fully refunded the purchase price. I have now purchased the powder and will continue to use this long term to see how much more difference it makes. I have recommended this to my 2 sisters as well.
