I am a female, 73 years young. Arthritis has been my main health concern and though I keep active - walking in the sand and practising and teaching Tai chi, chi qong and meditation, my joints crackle and make horrible crunching noises. However since taking Rose-Hip Vital triple strength capsules (2 x 3 per day) I can truthfully say the crunching noises have stopped!! When I roll my shoulders there is no sound!!! And my knees don’t crunch anymore! I’m absolutely thrilled and have recommended this product to other students and friends. So thank you RHV people. 🙏
