I have been taking Rose-Hip Vital for just on a year and it has made a huge difference to me. I damaged my knee many years ago and as I get older, each winter, my knee tends to ache more. The last year has been virtually pain free.
I take 5 capsules a day and now and then if I twist or jar my knee, I just boost it up to 10 a day for a week and I feel back to normal. I now work in a small pharmacy where I recommended Rose Hip Vital. I have great satisfaction when the customers come back for the second container, as I know it has helped give them pain relief. I would recommend this product to anyone who has joint pain. I know it does work!
