I was recommended this product for my 14 year old dog, but on reading I saw that it is suitable for people. I’ve had hip pain for over a year which is due to mild arthritis. I work full time so I’m on my feet 9 hours a day. After 10 days taking the powdered form I was at work when I realised I had no hip pain. It’s a very easy to take product with great results. My dog is also moving easier too.
