I’ve only been taking these capsules for 2 weeks, and can already feel the improvement in the pain levels in my knees and legs. I’m surprised how quickly they have kicked in, and my husband said yesterday that I seem more like my old self than I have been for months. Decreased pain certainly makes life better. Rose-Hip Vital will be part of my daily routine for a very long time.
