I've been running for fitness for about 14 years. When I started increasing the length of my run past 5k, I used to get discomfort. I started taking fish oil or krill oil and that worked for a while. Then my cuz suggested I try Rosehip vital as they had had success using it for mild arthritis discomfort. I'm running daily now and take 5 capsules every second day on my longer sessions with breakfast and I don't get sore knees! I keep buying more coz I love it.
