I have been taking RHV since it first came out for osteoarthritis in my knees. I had tried so many medications and the RHV is the only one that made a difference, stopping the constant pain. I now have osteoarthritis in several other places and the RHV is keeping me moving.

Following my conversation with you last Wednesday (July 18th), this is just to let you know how Ive benefitted from my daily dose of Rosehip Vital powder. Each day, prior to lunch, I make a delicious smoothie consisting of 2 dessertspoons each of mixed frozen berries and organic yoghurt, 1 small ripe banana, a spoonful of Rosehip Vital & cup Bonsoy milk. I use a stick blender to mix and enjoy the result (about mls) This drink lessens appetite and assists in keeping my weight down. I dont suffer stiffness upon waking & mobility is good, even though I have osteoarthritis in the right hip.
Also Ive not had a cough, cold or the flu for more than 5-6 years. I might add that as humans aren't able to produce Vitamin C in their body, that Rosehip Vital is in fact vital as its required for blood vessels and other support structures, plus flexibility. I have recently been diagnosed with severe osteoarthritis on my hip and arthritis on a slipped disc nearly 3 years ago and have been in excruciating pain most of that time and am limited to any sort of exercise and especially my dancing which is my passion.
