“This is my rescue baby Tubsy, she came to me from the pound when she was scared and just 12 weeks old. She is half ragdoll and follows me around like a little dog, comes when called and loves to snuggle (on her terms but goes to bed when told, if only children listened like this!). How Do I Start My Cat on Rose-Hip Vital?
Starting your cat on Rose-Hip Vital is easy!
For cats under 7.5kg, we recommend our Rose-Hip Vital® with GOPO® Canine 150g tub.
All you’ll need to do is sprinkle a tiny amount of powder onto their wet food, then gradually increase this daily until you reach the recommended loading dose. It’s important to always mix with cool or room temperature food, as heat will diminish the potency of your powder. We find wet food, raw mince or canned tuna are great options.
While Rose-Hip Vital is suitable for sensitive stomachs, we believe a staggered approach helps to make your introduction even more successful.
It's always a good idea to talk to your vet first, especially if you're feeling hesitant, although it's good to know that Rose-Hip Vital is recommended by vets across Australia.
