Human Dosage

How much Rose-Hip Vital do I take?

At Rose-Hip Vital, we’re famous for our gentle, patented extraction process, which allows us to take a natural superfood, and supercharge it. Our unique manufacturing allows us to isolate and activate the anti-inflammatory benefits of the active compound GOPO®, a powerhouse defender against chronic inflammation, without compromising the 31 naturally-occurring vitamins and minerals. In fact, a single dosage of Rose-Hip Vital contains over 46mg of Vitamin C alone, a heat-sensitive vitamin that is often undermined in harmful manufacturing practices.

You may be wondering how best to nourish your own body with this supercharged supplement. We have 3 options for you, 150 Capsules (835mg), 250 Capsules (500mg) and 125g Powder. Well, we’re here to break it down for you.

Rose-Hip Vital Human Dosage

What is my recommended dosage?

For humans, it’s as simple as 5gs a day. There’s no maintenance dosage, which you might have noticed in our canine or equine ranges. For two-legged consumers it’s a steady, daily dosage. Just how you take your 5gs will depend on what product you’ve purchased.

Rose-Hip Vital Capsules vs Powder

Here’s the recommended daily dosage of our powder:

If you’ve chosen to go with our GOPO 125g Patented Rose-Hip Vital Powder, 2 scoops a day is all you’ll need to supercharge your system. (This equates to 2 teaspoons, just in case you misplace your scoop!) We find our powders are a great option for people looking to mix their supplement in with other foods.

Here’s the recommended daily dosage of our capsules:

Capsules are your other option. They are cased in bovine gelatin. Rose-Hip Vital Joint Health with GOPO 150 capsules has a recommended daily dosage of 3 capsules, twice a day. Rose-Hip Vital with GOPO 250 capsules has a recommended daily dosage of 5 capsules, twice a day.

Ways to consume your Rose-Hip Vital powder?

So you’ve decided on the powder (woohoo! You’ve just jet-packed your body’s immune response!) and now you’re wondering how to take it.

It’s as simple as mixing 2 scoops in with something cool. Heat will diminish the potency of the supplement, so always add it to something either refrigerated, or at room temperature. We generally opt for smoothies, but you could also add it to muesli and yoghurt, a bowl of cereal, or a glass of juice. Hey, even a bowl of ice cream would work. It’s all in the name of good health, after all…

So now you know your dosage. Your brain is buzzing with ideas about how you’re going to supercharge your antioxidant intake and combat inflammation. You might at last be wondering if Rose-Hip Vital can fit into your existing supplement regime. Once again, the answer is one big YUP! It sure can!
