"Get on it now and hopefully you will avoid the injury altogether!"

In June 2017, I completed my 11th marathon in Christchurch New Zealand. It was not without great difficulty that I got to the start line. I rolled my ankle 10 days before the event and unfortunately tore the ligaments. I took some time off post event to try recover before my preparation commenced for an Ironman triathlon.

One month later, I started swimming, cycling and running. Strangely enough, I had the most pain with my ankle in the pool on the extension movement. I started taking Rose-Hip Vital and within no time, the pain in my ankle disappeared. I was now able to do swims of 3-4km without any pain in my ankle.

Rose-Hip Vital has been an amazing natural anti-inflammatory for me. I highly recommend it for any endurance athletes. I don’t believe you need to get an injury to start taking Rose-Hip Vital… just get on it now and hopefully you will avoid the injury altogether!

Improve your joint health and wellbeing

Reduce inflammation, protect cartilage and boost immunity

Rose-Hip Vital® with GOPO® is a plant-based anti-inflammatory and immune system support for joint health and general wellbeing. Made from Rosehips manufactured with patented extraction and drying processes, it’s a scientifically and clinically tested natural anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and natural vitamin C used to relieve and prevent joint pain, stiffness, inflammation and swelling associated with mild arthritis.

Patented manufacturing processes isolate the active compound GOPO® which has scientifically and clinically tested anti-inflammatory and antioxidative properties. GOPO® works by stopping excess white blood cells from gathering around inflamed tissue, thereby helping to break the cycle of inflammation and protect cartilage. Rosehip products that do not contain GOPO® have not been shown to have anti-inflammatory properties.
